How many designs will you do per order?
We can can do 2 different designs per order. If you need more then 2 designs, we will have to charge a $1 setup fee for any additional designs.What are your artwork guidelines?
We can accept pdf, psd, tiff, and jpg files. If you need a template you may download one from here:1" jpg template

Can you design something for me?
We can do custom designs. Fees are nominal. Just send us an email and let us know what you are looking for. We will give you a quote once we get everything figured outWhat is your Turnaround?
Turnaround depends on how busy we are at the moment you make your order. Generally we try to get every order done within 7 days, but it can take as long as 14. If you are really lucky we might even get them done in just a couple daysI need my buttons right away! I make a rush order?
Of course. However, we do have to charge a rush fee. Our Rush fees are as follows:1 day service - 75%
2-3 day service - 50%
4-7 day service - 25%
You may also need to pay for additional shipping fees as well
Our defualt shipping method is USPS priority service. It is a 2-3 day service, but is not guaranteed to be as such
How do I make a rush order?
To make a rush order send us an email and include your design as an email attachment and also the order information such as your shipping address, what day you need the buttons to arrive by, how many you need, and what sizes. We will get back to you within 12 hours maximum with a an invoice for your order.
